We've had the great pleasure of working with Frieda Jenkins on the sale of our home at 221 LaValencia Circle. Even though we were asking just north of a million dollars, Frieda had serious showings arranged even before the ink was dry on the listing. We have been building homes in Bay County for nearly two decades and hold sold a number of our own spec homes with a fair amount of success. But we knew from the start that it would be a disaster to try to sell our personal home. Houses at $1,000,000+ are a hard sell in Bay County, and we feel that it is entirely due to Frieda's tenacity and professionalism that we were ultimately able to come to terms with the new owners. And, of course, she pushed, pulled, cajoled, and managed the closing right up the last minute, coordinating with the great folks at McNeese Title to assure that everything went off without a hitch. We have already introduced Frieda to our friends, Vince & Joy. We're starting construction on their new home this month, and we've highly recommended Frieda to them for the sale of their current home in Inlet Beach. They've expressed confidence in her, and we know she'll do them proud.
